CONTEMPT

A Contempt action is when one spouse is not following an Order of the Court, such as the Final Judgment and Decree, or Custody Order.  The most usual areas of contempt are non-payment of child support/alimony, one spouse not allowing visitation, or when one spouse is required to perform a certain act, such as refinance a vehicle or marital residence, which has become a detriment to the other spouse. We have handled hundreds of these cases in the 25 years of practice.  Let Jon L. Weinberg, PC handle your litigation. Call (770) 443-9045 for an appointment.
